Conditions of Membership

• Membership is granted at the discretion of the Committee.
• Membership is for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Membership of the club entitles the player to book courts at the reduced membership rate.
• The member is entitled to one court at a specific timeslot at this reduced rate.
• Membership increases are normally applied annually and all account deductions are adjusted to the new amount by the club.
• If membership is cancelled it must be done in writing and delivered to the Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary or to the person on duty at the Centre.
• Cancellations will only apply at the earliest point at which the debit order can be stopped after receipt of the cancellation form.
• Members can participate in all the club activities such as league, tournaments, championships, etc.
• Membership does not give the player any special privileges in terms of court bookings, timeslots, etc
• The normal rules of squash apply to all players using the Centre.
• Players make use of the facilities at their own risk and the club can not be held liable for any damages or injuries that may occur.
• Members agree to abide by the club rules that are displayed at the Centre
• Members undertake to use the facilities in a responsible way and must be aware that reported incidents could lead to disciplinary action.
• Members should attempt to promote the club and the game of squash as much as possible.
• Any incidents or complaints that the member wishes to make should be put into writing and sent to the Chairman, Secretary or Treasurer.
