• All nominations for committee members must be given in writing to the secretary at least 24 hours before the AGM and must specify if the nomination is for a specific post or as an ordinary member. See 10.3.b. of constitution.
• Anyone wishing to add an item on the agenda under general must advise the secretary in writing 24 hours before the AGM.
